The ELF MAGE stands outside of the CATHEDRAL OF SYNDETIC ASCENSION. His companions are currently in a comatose, he would begin moving up when at least one of them awoke, the rest would most likely know to catch up with them. Also, it would be pretty stupid to begin this quest on his own.

"Oink!" "Oink!" "Oink!" "Oink!" "Oink!" "Oink!" "Oink!" "Oink!" Goes the PIG CLERIC that trots up towards the ELF MAGE with a HOLY BOOK under the pigs arm. How you can tell its holy? Its got a CROSS on it.

"Finally!" The ELF MAGE yells out. "I'd been waiting for one of you to wake up for MONTHS." He places an arm on the PIG CLERIC'S shoulder, he points at the CATHEDRAL OF SYNDETIC ASCENSION. "You see that? We are going to climb it! As jolly fuckin' companions--what's with the book? No matter, we are going to reach the top, then, I'll get FAME and GLORY! And, uh, you'll get some of it too. Probably way less."

"Oink?" The pig Cleric gives the Elf mage a funny look. "A- Ah! Ahem!" The pig cleric clears his throat. "Ieee believe that we make a head start. Oink oink." The pig cleric shifts on the spot a bit with his hooved feet. Peering towards the top. "What do you think is up there?" He questions.

"I dunno, amigo. Probably some sweet ultra valuable loot. Maybe an ultra powerful lute!" He began to get incredibly excited, squealing at the thought of the treasure. He quickly turns his head to the PIG CLERIC. "But it doesn't matter WHAT'S up there, we'll be heroes if we reach the top! I hope all of you can keep up with me! It must be pretty intimidating having someone like me on the team, huh? Maybe if I get something to write with, I'll give you an autograph!" He began swinging his staff frantically, he was going to BUST some heads with this thing.

The pig cleric ducks to miss the swinging staff of the Elf Mage, where it at least almost appeared it was getting a bit too close to an actual head whooping. "Should I lead the way or you?" Pig Cleric questions again. This time taking a swift glance in his book's pages to see his known 'healing' methods are all in check before eyeing his own cane swiftly.

The ELF MAGE snickers in amusement. "I will! Could you imagine a PIG being the leader!? The very notion really is absurd! Hahaha." He chuckles, he really thought the PIG CLERIC was hilarious! "Come now, comrade! Adventure awaits us! The other two may catch up at a later time, we must not stay idle any longer!" He began running towards the CATHEDRAL'S entrance. Inside the first room, were THUGS(3) loitering there, perfectly fitting for a beginning adventure!

The pig cleric runs in with the Elf Mage to- PIG CLERIC HAD JOIN IN WITH THE BATTLE! The Pig Cleric looks above his head at the flashing text and brushes it away, until it went poof. He then looks to the Elf Mage. "Need help, Elf?"

"Pfff, of course not. I can handle this entirely on my own, thank you very much!" He didn't have any spells yet, the MAGE was a class that gained more and more spells as it leveled up. As such, he commenced combat, completely unprepared.

ELF MAGE [MAGE] TARGETS HARLTON QUINN [THUG]

ELF MAGE uses a basic attack. He deals one damage to HARLTON QUINN. He is left with 19/20 hit points!

HARLTON QUINN uses a basic attack. He deals 10 damage to ELF MAGE. He is left with 5/15 health.

The other THUGS laugh at ELF MAGE'S weakness, they don't even have to bother assisting in the battle.

ELF MAGE is furious now! Personal skill POMPOUS RAGE [PASSIVE] has been activated! Defense increases +10!

The Pig Cleric sighs.

PIG CLERIC [CLERIC] TARGETS ELF MAGE [MAGE]

PIG CLERIC uses HEAL. He heals ELF MAGE's health up with 10 healing points. His total is now 10/15 + 10

PIG CLERIC starts channeling HOLY SURGE. It will take one turn to cast fully.

ELF MAGE [MAGE] TARGETS HARLTON QUINN [THUG]

ELF MAGE uses a BASIC ATTACK. He deals two damage points to HARLTON QUINN. He is left with 17/20 hit points

HARLTON QUINN uses THUGNIFICENT INTIMIDATION. ELF MAGE'S attack has been lowered drastically!

ELF MAGE's face was now burning with rage, never in his (admittedly short) life had he ever wanted to kill someone this much!

PIG CLERIC [CLERIC] TARGETS HARLTON QUINN [THUG] with 17/20 health points

PIG CLERIC casts HOLY SURGE on HARLTON QUINN. He deals six damage points to HARLTON QUINN. He is left with 11/20 hit points

PIG CLERIC starts channeling HOLY SURGE. It will take one turn to cast fully.

The CLOWN BARD awakens! And lets out a jovial laugh! "AhAhAhAhAhAhAhA I CaNt wAiT To bE A UsElEsS PiEcE Of sHiT AnD StRuM ThIs mOtHeRfUcKiNg lOoT AlL DaY"
He began to play that shit, and eyed a choice piece of hog ass too, wait shit they were fighting! He approached quickly.

ELF MAGE'S RAGE makes him realize a new skill!

CHATTERING BETRAYAL [PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVE] has been learned!

ELF MAGE [MAGE] TARGETS THE TWO OTHER THUGS [THUG(S)] .

ELF MAGE uses CHATTERING BETRAYAL.

The THUGS begin speaking behind HARLTON'S BACK! He is filled with a mixed feeling of betrayal and hatred!

HARLTON'S attack has been increased +15!

HARLTON attacks one of the THUGS blindly! He deals 18 damage points to the STILL UNNAMED THUG.

Yeah, you know what? Maybe he should have a look through the options, an ability given to only him, as he is currently the RIGHTFUL LEADER of the party.

RPG MODE DEACTIVATED.

There. While they still had hit points and could learn new skills and the like, they wouldn't need to use that hella complicated format. Though, the turn based mechanic would still be kept, oddly enough. He'd only consider changing it if the majority of the party asked for it.

Pig Cleric is really confused on why the thug is attacking its own team mate in what was suppose to be a conflict and stops channeling his own holy surge spell. But however, it was already ready to be cast and ends up casting against the wall. Leaving a long scorch mark. The Pig Cleric ends up staring at the wall before gazing towards the CLOWN BARD. "Oink?"

The STILL UNNAMED THUG HARLTON injured, had only 2/20 hit points left. One more hit, and he would be down for the count.

THE STILL UNNAMED THUG punches HARLTON in the face. HARLTON is left with 8/20 hit points.

Pff, ELF MAGE does nothing of course! There was no reason to draw attention himself, not while they were fighting each other. What do you think he is? A goddamn idiot?

HARLTON punches the STILL UNNAMED THUG one final time. The STILL UNNAMED THUG has been killed. Adios, amigo, you will be forgotten.

PIG CLERIC felt sorry for the one that died. But remained watching them. He does every now and then, looks to the ELF MAGE. Wondering what to do next.

ELF MAGE looks at PIG CLERIC'S quizzical expression, he goes to him. "See? This is why I'M the leader." He began, speaking in a whisper. "Don't worry your round, oddly shaped head over it." There was some serious drama going on, HARLTON and the OTHER UNNAMED THUG were fighting, both fighting. HARLTON was sure to win, the OTHER UNNAMED THUG had lost his will to fight. His comrade's death really shook him up.

The OTHER UNNAMED THUG now had 2/20 hit points left. He attacked HARLTON in desperation, putting all of his remaining force into one attack. CRITICAL HIT.

He had done thrice as much damage as normal. HARLTON was defeated.

ELF MAGE left PIG CLERIC'S side, he bopped the FOREVER UNNAMED THUG'S knee for two damage points. The FOREVER UNNAMED THUG has been defeated.

The PARTY gains 25 EXP!

ELF MAGE grows to level 3! He learns GENERIC FIRE ATTACK [GFA] and GENERIC ELECTRICITY ATTACK [GFA].

PIG CLERIC grows to level 3! He... Does not learn anything...

The PIG CLERIC begins to do some quick heals, but soon realized his mana is low. He gets a MANA POTION out and slerps that fucker right up. He now has half of his mana restored. The PIG CLERIC looks to the ELF MAGE. "Do you have anything to replenish mana?"

"HAHAHAHA!" He forcibly laughs loudly. "Of course I do! What kind of shitty MAGE WOULDN'T have those? But there's no reason to use it yet, we've just begun our climb! Now come, let us continue!" He didn't actually have one, but PIG CLERIC didn't need to know that. Besides, he'd look hella inept if he found out. He opened the door the THUGS were guarding. He was now in a very dark looking room, there was nothing but a wooden chair there, which was surrounded by several torches. He gaped at it, uncertain of what to do.

The PIG CLERIC Follows him and keeps true with the torch. The Pig Cleric would've used his light spells, but he did not want to waste his mana. Instead. The PIG CLERIC decided to focus on with the sense of smell.

The CLOWN BARD still hasn't done shit, and gets xp only because he is on the team!

CLOWN BARD advances to level three!

Learned BARDLY WILES and HONK OPERA!

He still follows his companions still, and resists the hog butt for now.

ELF MAGE slowly went to the chair, his mouth still gaping. "Hold on..." He thought he had an idea of what this thing was, it was all so clear now. IT WAS A SEAT THAT WOULD GRANT HIM GOOD FORTUNE! It was obvious, because it looked so old and worn out, it must be able to give him good luck! He went in between two torches, and sat on the chair. He was instantaneously transported to another place, the exact description of this place will be withheld until the other two join him.

The CLOWN BARD succombs to his dark urges and slaps the hog on the rump before hopping into the chair to escape "AhAhAhAhAhAhA HoNk" He appears, presumably with the ELF

FRIENDSHIP -1 on PIG CLERIC.

Anyhow. The PIG CLERIC trooted to the chair and sat down to follow lead with the rest. He soon gets teleported to the known location of the ELF MAGE and CLAWN BARD.
